The World Tree is the ultimate endgame dungeon in Palworld. This multi-floor challenge tests your Pals, equipment, and strategy. This guide covers every floor, boss mechanics, and the best team compositions to reach the top.
Overview
Recommended Level: 50-55
Location: Center of the map (unlocked after completing all Tower Bosses)
Floors: 10 floors of combat + boss floor
Preparation
- Armor: Pal Metal Armor or Plasteel Armor
- Weapons: Legendary Rocket Launcher, Legendary Assault Rifle
- Healing: 30+ high-quality potions, 10+ revival potions
- Pals: 5 max-level combat Pals with elemental coverage
- Pal Souls: Max ATK and DEF on your main Pals
Floor-by-Floor Guide
Floors 1-3: Elemental Mix
These floors feature mixed enemy types. Bring a balanced team with at least one Dragon, Dark, and Fire-type Pal.
- Enemies: Level 48-50 wild Pals
- Tip: Save your strongest Pals for later floors. Use mid-tier Pals here.
Floors 4-6: Specialized Gauntlets
Each floor focuses on a specific element. Pay attention to the elemental weakness of each floor.
- Floor 4: Fire-type enemies โ bring Water Pals
- Floor 5: Ice-type enemies โ bring Fire Pals
- Floor 6: Electric-type enemies โ bring Ground Pals
Floors 7-9: Elite Challenges
These floors have multiple elite enemies and environmental hazards.
- Floor 7: Dark-type gauntlet โ bring Dragon Pals
- Floor 8: Dragon-type gauntlet โ bring Ice Pals
- Floor 9: Mixed elements + boss mini-boss โ bring your best team
Floor 10: Final Boss
The top floor contains the World Tree boss. It has multiple phases and devastating AoE attacks.
- Phase 1: The boss uses elemental attacks. Rotate your Pals to match the current element.
- Phase 2 (50% HP): The boss enrages and gains new attack patterns. Use the pillars for cover.
- Phase 3 (25% HP): The boss unleashes its ultimate attack. Save your Rocket Launcher ammo for this phase.
