🌤️ Sunreach Guide (1.0)

What is Sunreach?

Sunreach is a new set of islands floating above the Palpagos Islands, added in the Palworld 1.0 update (July 10, 2026). It is kept aloft by the power of Paldium, and it has an environment unlike the surface plus a civilization that has developed there over a long period.

What you will find there

• New Pals: Sunreach is home to species you will not meet on the surface.
• Tower bosses: towers are hidden above the clouds.
• Soralite: a new ore that can only be mined in Sunreach, and only with specialized equipment.

How to prepare

• Level up first: 1.0 raised the player level cap from 65 to 80, and Sunreach is endgame content.
• Travel: the Wing Pack — a 1.0 glider that consumes Wing Cells — makes crossing the sky islands much easier.
• Gear: bring your best weapons and armor; some new 1.0 weapons are crafted with Soralite Ingots.
