Awakening

Awakening lets you push a Pal beyond its normal limits. Gather Radiant Gems hidden in the World Tree, then use them on a Pal to unlock its hidden power.

• Where: the World Tree, the 1.0 endgame area.
• What you need: Radiant Gems.

Mutation

Mutation is a breeding mechanic. There is a low chance that an egg will hatch into a Pal that is stronger than a normal breeding result. Mutated Pals have higher stats and a unique passive skill.

Special cakes

• Mushroom Cake: slightly increases the chance that a newborn Pal has higher stats.
• Vegetable Cake: produces two Pal Eggs at once.
• Deluxe Vegetable Cake: increases the likelihood of mutations and makes stat growth more likely.
• Special Cake: increases the chance of inheriting multiple passive skills from the parents.

• Partner skills were reworked, and many new passive skills were added.
• Work suitability was overhauled.
• Pal Condensation was adjusted.
